HOW TO SCALE A 6+ FIGURE BUSINESS

If you’re a Realtor or Solo-prenuer wondering how you’re going to hit your income goal this month, here are strategies for boosting your income WITHOUT adding MORE moving parts to your business
1. Start with streamlining your processes. This means cutting the fat from your business and simplifying every step so that ANYONE could execute.
One of the biggest time sucks is an overcomplicated business.
2. Next, identify the repetitive tasks in your business. Find opportunities to leverage technology and add automation wherever possible.
This will help you think less and do more on a daily basis.
3. Then determined what low level tasks are left that your could delegate. Any tasks that you could hire someone else to do that doesn’t require your expertise and is below your “hourly wage” should be passed off to someone else.
This is important to free up your time for more critical responsibilities like strategy, client engagement and lead generation.
4. Now it’s time to increase your current prices! This is a quick way to make more money while providing the same level of service. Let’s be honest your services are worth more than what you’ve been charging, you’ve just been too scared to push yourself there.
Get clear on what you provide and charge what you know you’re worth!
If they can’t afford to work with you now and you still feel drawn to working with them, offer a more financially accessible option that already exists within your offerings. But do NOT discount!

5. Set client standards. No more over customizing everything because that one person can’t afford to work with you. You are creating a business that aligns for you and your ideal client.
You aren’t meant to work with everyone, stop trying to.
6. Remove unnecessary expenses from your budget
We are all guilty of signing up for services in a moment of excitement only to realize later we aren’t using the platform, or the ROI just isn’t there. Take a quick evaluation of your outgoing expenses and see what you can cut!
I took 30 minutes and eliminated $250 from my monthly budget this month!
7. Set clear boundaries from the beginning. When are you available? What is the best way to reach you? What services/support do you provide? What will be their responsibility of your client to execute?
Your ideal client WILL appreciate and respect your boundaries, not fight you over it.
REMEMBER: Scaling your business does NOT mean burning yourself out mentally, emotionally or financially.
